Applications for 2025 Scholarships now being accepted. Deadline for all is May 15, 2025.
All scholarships require applications to be submitted to the church office, and any awards are contingent on eligibility and other specific criteria.
Scholarships for 2025
Mission Trip Scholarships
Youth planning to participate in the Summer 2025 mission trip opportunities may apply for funds to help defray some of the cost of the trip. Eligibility includes full participation in the mission trip Lenten sponsorship series. Written applications will be accepted in the church office beginning April 25 and the application period will close on May 15.
Kristi Lockrem College Scholarship
Students with developmental disabilities who are pursuing post-secondary education may apply for up to $850 in tuition assistance through the Kristi Lockrem Scholarship program. Eligibility includes high school attendance/graduation in School Districts 196 or 197. Accepted through May 15. Any awards will be announced in early to mid June.
Johnson Family Scholarship
Easter Lutheran Church members currently attending or planning to attend college may apply for up to $1,250 in tuition assistance through the Johnson Family Scholarship program. Additional eligibility criteria includes demonstration of past and present Christian leadership activities. Accepted through May 15. Any awards will be announced in early to mid June.
