And still, it looks almost ungrateful. Simon’s confession in v8 – he realizes that he’s misjudged Jesus. But Jesus still calls him. There is space to question Jesus, to get annoyed or tired, to get it wrong. We get to be wrong, be corrected, and be included. Do we get to talk back to Jesus?
