Grow In Faith: Faith5
Take these 5 easy steps to help your child grow in faith
1 Thessalonians 5:17 Never stop praying.
On September 26, our Easter community gathered safely together to celebrate with children entering preschool and kindergarten. Starting school can be a challenging time for both kids and parents when new emotions like joy, concern, happiness, sadness, etc. arise.
Here at Easter Church, we’re committed to provide you with faith-filled resources that help you have caring conversations with your kids, even in these ambiguous times. It’s important to set a foundation for preschoolers and kindergartners (and all kids!) to know they can talk to God ANYTIME, ANYWHERE and about ANYTHING through prayer. We encourage families to talk to their children every night using the FAITH5 steps. Why every night? Children thrive when they have a routine and that’s when healthy habits are formed!
Here are the FAITH5 steps we recommend you take to establish these faith-centered habits with your kids:
1) Share highs and lows
2) Read a Bible story or verse
3) Talk about the story and your highs and lows
4) Pray about your highs and lows
5) Bless each other with the sign of the cross!

Please join me in this prayer:
Dear God, Please show our children how to share your LOVE in every way. Help them be kind to everyone in their actions and what they say. Help them to know they can talk to you anytime, anywhere and about anything. Amen
