First Communion Parent/Child ClassCindy Wilson2018-12-19T13:00:12+00:00
Easter students who are ready to receive their first communion are invited to attend this parent/child class (yep, a parent/guardian must attend). Please bring your Bible and be prepared to learn about God's great gift of communion. Traditionally, Easter students receive their 1st Communion in their 5th grade year. Parents/guardians may bring students of other ages to the class if they feel the child is ready. The class is led by a pastor! This class is short and introductory in nature. The family will continue to be a primary source of support during these crucial years of faith development. After completion of this class, the student is welcome to commune regularly with the community of faith.
