Master Planning Information
The NEW Master Building Plan was presented to the Church Council on March 19 and approved. The Council recommended to the congregation at the Annual Meeting on April 26, 2011. The Congregation adopted the New Master Plan
The Planning and Assessment Study completed by The James Company last spring reported a variety of findings including:
- The cost of the proposed building plan was too much at this time.
- The Master Plan should be revisited since it was made with growth and ministry assumptions that are 15 years old.
Acting on a recommendation from the Church Council, the congregation authorized the formation of a Master Plan Building Committee to revisit assumptions and create a new plan for congregational consideration.
BWBR Architects have been engaged to guide the process of creating the new Master Plan.
