What to Expect

Worship at Easter on the Hill - Sunday Mornings
Worship at Easter on the HillIf you worship at Easter on the Hill, you will experience a variety of inspiring traditional liturgies. Our worship is led by piano and organ every week – with brass, strings and bells thrown into the mix on occasion. Our Senior Choir with 50+ members raise their voices in beautiful harmonies with classical, gospel and new choral compositions. And our children’s choirs make a joyful noise bringing inspiration to people young and old.Children are encouraged to come to worship. In fact, we have a special Children’s Time at each service, and you will often see children ushering at our services.

Worship at Easter on the Hill - Saturday Nights
Saturday night worship blends contemporary music with traditional favorite hymns all played in an acoustic style (piano, guitar and violin).

This worship service is casual and perfect for the family who wants to make church a priority but likes to kick back at home on Sunday mornings.

People who worship on Saturday nights feel this worship service is a peaceful time to reflect on their faith and spend time with God.

We follow the Seasons of the Church.

Worship at Easter by the Lake - Sunday Mornings
Summer Worship at Easter by the LakeMost people would call the band-led worship at Easter by the Lake “contemporary,” but it’s so much more than that. We worship in a relaxed environment (yes, you can bring your coffee and wear jeans).Worship with us and you will experience a variety of music including rock, folk and original tunes. Movie clips often make an appearance during our worship service. One of our favorite times of year is the summer when our 9:30 worship service is held outside with a beautiful view of Thomas Lake.We love watching children during worship at Easter by the Lake – they can’t help themselves – they just have to dance!
